We are not responsible for any product degradation, shrinking, fading, or loss of odor-fighting efficacy resulting from improper laundering, high-heat commercial drying, or the use of harsh chemical bleaches and heavy fabric softeners.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall our company, its brands (Kyle Style, Ghost Brand, DURITex), founders, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of the purchase, use, or wearing of our products. Our maximum liability to you for any product purchased from this website shall be strictly limited to the exact purchase price of that product.

5. Local Pickup Agreement

By selecting our Local Pickup option at checkout, you acknowledge that our in-house production and fulfillment facility is private and its exact location will only be disclosed post-purchase. You agree to pick up your items only during designated times and understand that our facility is a private operational space. Our company is not liable for any personal injury or property damage that occurs during the pickup process.
